If you have any concerns about patient safety, your learning, staff issues or any personal concerns etc please tell your supervisor Mr Harar.
Placement Details/Timetable
On your first day Margot Robinson will bring you to the Surgical department following Induction and Mr Harar can introduce you to the team.
Mr Harar will be your supervisor. You will be expected you to present a portfolio case, and have a mini-cex and case based discussion with your supervisor.
Monday
Theatre 5 all day with Mr Harar/Mr Banigo. You will not be permitted to attend any theatres in which aerosol generating procedures will be undertaken.
Tuesdays – Friday
You will be in Clinics. At present some clinics may be telephone or video link some may be face to face. Please ask your Supervisor for details.
Any ENT in-patients will be on ward B12, ask your supervisor for details of any ward round you may attend.
Wednesday afternoons are for sport/personal study.
You university is arranging on line teaching.
